12/31
Today is the last day of the year 2008.
Today is also the 3 month anniversary of quitting cigarettes. I have to say, I am proud of myself. And that doesn't happen often.
I have a few goals for 2009 and one of them is being smoke free the entire year. Some other goals include:
-Eating better food and treating my body right
-Getting those pullups at the gym
-Be able to do "Fran" without stopping and without scaling
-Start school and be well on my way to a new degree
-Thinking more positive about everything, most importantly myself
-Enjoying the moment, being present
Cheers and Happy New Year!

Tick Tock
I have lots of time on my hands nowadays...because I was laid off by my employer. I am legally binded to not discuss the details.
So..I have time to sleep. Time to workout. Time to read countless blogs. Time to figure out my next career goals. Time to sleep. Time to clean. Time to go to NYC. Time to see Neil Young and Wilco at MSG and stay at a swanky hotel and be hungover the next day and not give a shit. Time to go Christmas shopping during the day when most normal people are at work. Time to sulk. Time to freak out. Time to take pictures. Time to snuggle with the Pig Monster. Time to sleep some more. Time to be.
I'm trying to embrace all this time.
